Shipping Policy

At Nutrivia, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed through nutriviashop.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and fulfillment conditions.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

We may offer standard, expedited, promotional, or international shipping options from time to time. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Nutrivia currently aims to deliver most orders within 7–14 business days after the order is processed.

This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in our Subscribe and Save 10% monthly delivery program, recurring orders will be processed automatically based on the subscription schedule selected at checkout.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned except as otherwise stated in our Terms and Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping and billing information is accurate before the next subscription order is processed.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Nutrivia is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping charge and any return-to-sender fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear. Nutrivia is not responsible for delays in tracking updates once the order has been handed to the carrier.

7. International Shipping

Nutrivia may offer shipping to select international destinations where available at checkout.

International shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer than domestic shipments due to customs processing, local carrier handling, regional restrictions, or other delays outside our control.

Customers are responsible for checking whether our products may be legally imported into their destination country before ordering.

8. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate unless expressly stated.

If an international package is delayed, refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to customs issues, unpaid import charges, or local restrictions, Nutrivia is not responsible for those delays or losses. Any refund, if issued, may be reduced by shipping charges, return fees, and other costs incurred.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Nutrivia is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help you investigate a delivery issue when appropriate.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:

  • check around the delivery location,
  • ask household members or neighbors,
  • contact the shipping carrier, and
  • contact us at info@shopnutrivia.com if you still need assistance.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopnutrivia.com and include:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the issue, and
  • clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, consistent with our Return Policy.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been submitted to fulfillment, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain addresses, regions, jurisdictions, or countries at our discretion.

We may also restrict shipments where required by law, carrier limitations, product availability, or operational concerns.
