If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any recurring subscription charges you enroll in.

If a pricing or typographical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or adjust any affected order.

7. Subscription Terms

Nutrivia may offer subscription-based purchasing options, including our “Subscribe and Save 10%” monthly delivery program.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval selected at checkout unless and until you cancel.

Subscription benefits, including any discount, apply only while the subscription remains active and in good standing. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned except as otherwise stated in these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed by contacting us at info@shopnutrivia.com or through any account management features we make available. If cancellation is requested after an order has already been processed or shipped, that order will still be fulfilled and charged.

We reserve the right to change, pause, or terminate subscription offerings, discounts, product availability, or shipping schedules at any time.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but all shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Nutrivia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Return Policy

At Nutrivia, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We stand behind the quality of our products and work hard to make sure every order arrives correctly and in good condition.

Because Nutrivia sells health and supplement products, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or consumed items for safety and quality-control reasons.

All sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, you must contact our support team at info@shopnutrivia.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and sanitary reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or free items
  • Subscription orders that have already shipped

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopnutrivia.com and include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once any approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nutrivia is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been submitted to fulfillment, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Refused Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution of your case.

10. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Nutrivia may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, gifts, or limited-time offers, including offers such as “Buy 1, Get 1 Free.”

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply only while supplies last, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional orders in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraud.
